DBS has revamped and furnished the entire bank at scape to make it a more interactive and dynamic one! I was amazed by how futuristic the bank looks as well! Seeing is believing, let me show you the pictures that i've managed to gather for the day!

I would like to bring you guys a virtual tour round the newly revamped bank! (:

Before i begin, let me introduce you the conceptualization process done by the two designers!



First thing first, the bank is being divided into two sections namely the
Interface(the Red Section) and the Vortex (the white section).



There are many different important customers touchpoints that i would like to highlight which DBS has done exceedingly well!



Take for instance, when a customer first step in, they will be greeted by an Urban Media Matrix (which is made of 3 layers of screens)! The Urban Media Matrix is designed to store marketing materials and videos to inform of the latest happenings of the bank!

Next touchpoint i would like to highlight would be the Digitablet (which will consist of all DBS Banking products, a link for customers to provide their feedback of the service and the Commonly Asked questions that customers would usually face when transacting/banking.) And if they encountered any difficulties, they will immediatley be prompted to join in the E-Queue where they can get their problems resolve.)




Some of you might be thinking what's E-queue right? Well, E-queue is a paperless system specially designed for DBS customers. It will consist of your queue number, how many people more before your turn and the WIFI PASSWORD for you to access to the internet while waiting! (WIFI is available throughout the bank, how more amazing can this bank get seriously?! WOW!)

Not only that, the red section also acts as the interface for all the ATMS machines, Quick Cheque Deposits and even AXS payment! Do note that the machines are the latest version ones, they are all touch-screen operated!! UBER COOLNESS!



After stepping out of the Interface, you will arrived at the Vortex(the white area) also known as the WIFI SCAPE (where you can use the WIFI password assigned to you to surf the internet)

In the Vortex section, there will be the Customer Service Counters to cater to customers who are in the E-queue! Don't worry, the friendly Relationship Officers will be there to serve customers who preferred to go through the traditional way of banking(over-the-counter approach).

The ceiling designed like tornado! I believed they used the white colour to add a tinge of futuristic yet dynamic feel!

The dotted lines to signify traces of wind to signify the youthfulness part! There are also a couple of raindrop designs to signify raindrops, in order to encourage people to save for raining days!

Here is how the bank will be designed to be like during Day (for video and games and jubebox games) and Night (for seminars)!
